International Law Firm

Working in a design partnership, Greenbox and Singapore based Wolf Studio designed a legal workplace refurbishment that involved a renovation and expansion within Governor Phillip Tower for this International Law Firm.

The project provided an exciting opportunity to develop a contemporary workspace tailored to the firm’s future ways of working and engaging with their clients. Greenbox are currently delivering the second phase of this project.

The back of house workspace locates all private spaces centrally, ensuring everyone seated in the open-plan office shares the unobstructed views. These views encompass the iconic Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, the Royal Botanic Garden, and sparkling Sydney Harbour.

A suite of meeting spaces, with integrated and intuitive technology, supports both collaborative and focused work.

Turning our attention to Phase 2, we’ve got something exceptional in store. Envision a grand staircase that elegantly joins the two floors, streamlining movement and creating a sense of unity that wraps the entire space in a warm, inviting embrace.

The front of house spaces showcase an expansive boardroom with harbour views, versatile meeting rooms, a client refreshment area and preparation kitchen. The interior is elegantly finished in sandstone, blackbutt and marble to elevate the space’s appeal for both staff and visiting clients.
