Broadwater Apartments

Located near one of Australia’s stunning beaches, the design of this building harnesses the prime location and offers views to the foreshore and ocean beyond.

Twelve boutique luxury apartments, with only two apartments per floor plus a full floor penthouse, are designed to maximise the light as well as outlook.

The architecture of the building is informed by the waterfront location with the horizontal repetition of waves. The distinctive architecture and striking form combine to imbue a sense of identity and a commanding presence in the vicinity.

Materials were selected for their longevity in a coastal setting, with a combination of earthy and coastal tones reflecting the surrounding natural features and materials.

Outdoor space is just as important as the interiors with the ground floor communal areas providing indoor and outdoor facilities for residents.
